Return, Refund & Exhange is only entitled due to product defect that is due to lack of Quality Control and entitled within 7 days of purchase (upon receiptance of the purchased item).
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.Telekung Rawdah will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Refund or Exchange will be done once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or exchanged product within14 daysafter the confirmation.

Processing Time
As each embroidery is made to order, personalised orders require approximately 7–10 working days for processing before shipment. This timeframe excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
